Celina Hale turned her own experience within Arkansasโ prison system into a movement for change. She believes that everyone, no matter their mistakes, deserves a seat at the table of life. Through the Arkansas Restorative Initiative, Celina leads with courage, compassion, and truth, exposing the cracks in the system and building real pathways to healing, fairness, and second chances. Her work is rooted in lived experience and driven by the belief that redemption and reform must coexist.

As an adoptee and single mother who built a successful career within a Fortune 500 company, she embodies resilience, empathy, and strength. Her story is of transformation. Josh Hale is the Husband of the Founder and Father of the family. His support for the Arkansas Restorative Initiative is unwavering. He serves as the Founderโs Counsel & Advocacy Partner. He provides steady guidance, perspective, and strength behind every step that is taken. His insight and belief in restoration shape the heart of our work. Through his support he helps to ensure ARIโs mission is grounded in integrity, compassion, and family. Whether offering counsel, standing beside each initiative, or amplifying our vision in the community, his role is a pillar in the foundation and deeply personal.
