Arkansas Restorative Initiative Housing Directory (2025)
This directory is a statewide resource bringing together emergency shelters, transitional and reentry programs, sober living homes, affordable apartments, and county-level housing directories for all 75 Arkansas counties.

Every listing includes 2025 rent benchmarks, contact details, and notes about felon-friendly access. Because housing providers use background checks differently, we show two levels of confirmation:

• Direct Yes / Felon-Friendly: Many programs and properties accept individuals with a record.

• Case-by-Case Caution: Final approval depends on the property’s policies, type of conviction, recency, and other requirements.

We built this tool so that families, returning citizens, and advocates can quickly find housing options across Arkansas without hitting a dead end. The database is updated as new properties and program details are confirmed.
