staff names if known, grievance numbers, screenshots, letters, medical notes, call logs, or
anything that helps document the concern.
No. ARI cannot guarantee a specific outcome, investigation, response, or legal result. But
documentation matters, and secure reporting helps preserve information that may otherwise be lost.
